Welcome to Calgary where the weather can change in a heartbeat.  The first rule of living here is that you don’t cancel a party because of the weather, you just move it to a different location!!!

Due to the forecasted weather, we’ve made a few changes to keep the Road to Rotary Host Hotel Hop fun, dry, and filled with great music!  Most of our live performances on Friday and Saturday nights have been moved indoors to the lobbies of our amazing host hotels.

Here’s the revised plan:

Friday, June 20 | 4:30 – 6:30 p.m.
Live music in the lobbies of:

• Sheraton Suites Calgary Eau Claire
• Marriott Calgary Downtown
• Hotel Arts
• Sandman Downtown
• Delta Hotels
• Westin Calgary (TBC)
• Hilton/Homewood in East Village (with thanks to CMLC)

Saturday, June 21 | 5:15 – 7:15 p.m.
Live music continues indoors at the same locations as Friday.

Sunday, June 22 – Hoping for Sunshine!
We’ll attempt to bring the energy back outdoors:
• 8:00 a.m. – Hyatt & Sheraton
• 12:30 – 2:30 p.m. – Outdoors at Calgary Tower and 3rd Street by Westin
• 5:15 – 7:15 p.m. – Outdoors on Stephen Avenue and surrounding locations
• East Village – Bounce returns!
