Saddle up for an unforgettable night at the Nutrien Western Event Centre, where you’ll step right into the heart of the Wild West!   You’re in for a high-energy Western Style Showcase filled with live entertainment, authentic Western hospitality, and a celebration of frontier traditions that bring the spirit of the Old West to life. From the moment you arrive, you’ll be immersed in the sights, sounds, and experiences of cowboy culture—so grab your boots, tip your hat, and get ready to make some incredible memories.  This is Western fun, Calgary-style—Yahoo! 

Dress 

This is a casual evening, so get comfortable!  If you purchased some Western wear on your visit, tonight is the night to wear it!!!

Everything is Indoors at the Nutrien Centre on the Convention Campus

Times 

Doors open at 6:00pm 

The show starts at 7:00pm and will last until approx.9:30pm 

Arriving at Stampede Park 

Use your Rotary Name badge to access the C Train.  You can depart at either station, however, the Victoria Park/Stampede Station is the closer of the two to the Big Four Round House. 

If you are arriving by taxi, UBER, etc. simply advise the driver you would “like to be dropped as close to the Big 4 Round House as is possible”. 

Tickets 

Your tickets were sent via email and we will be scanning the QR code of your ticket(s) upon entry.  If you don’t have tickets: 

​1. You can log into the Customer Portal in the top-right of this screen to retrieve them.

​ ​Just look for "Sign In" , (Preferred approach) or; 

​2. We can access your tickets with your name and email address at the Front Door. 

Seating 

Tickets are not assigned, seats are first come, first served. 

Refreshments 

Concessions will be open serving food, non-alcoholic, as well as alcoholic beverages. 

Washrooms 

There are ample washrooms in the facility.  All washrooms are accessible. 

Transportation Options Following Rock the Nation.  

You can use your Rotary Name Badge to access the C Train network.  Victoria Park/Stampede Station is the closer of the two to the Big Four Roundhouse Building. 

For your convenience, taxis will be available near the edge of Lot 3 following all Signature Events.  Uber and Lyft pickups will be located in Lot 11.

If you also purchased the optional Rotary Rendezvous Dinner package, please ensure: 

• You bring your tickets for BOTH events (each activity is ticketed individually) 
• Arrive when the doors open to ensure you have time to enjoy your AMAZING meal! 
• Go to the MAIN ENTRANCE and make your way to the back along the left side to the Enhanced Experience section
