Can Non-Members Register for the Conference on their own?

Anyone is welcome to register for the Rotary Conventions, and they do not have to be Rotary

Club Members to register by themselves. We only ask that they create a MyRotary account

at convention.rotary.org and then click the blue register button to proceed through the reg

process.

Can I register for the Pre-Convention, or the House of Friendship without registering for the full convention?

Yes, a Saturday-only House of Friendship Pass is available without a full convention registration,

and

Registration to the Youth Exchange Officers Preconvention is available for USD 150, to be held

June 19 th and 20 th , 2025.

How do I register my “under 18 aged” children?

To add a guest that is 18 or under we ask that the guardian fills out the paper registration form at this link and submits it by fax or mail: https://my.rotary.org/en/document/registration-and-ticket-form-2025-rotary-international-convention. (Making sure to sign the parental consent form on the 4th page)

Alternatively, they can email the completed form without payment information to RIRegistration@rotary.org. We will then register the minors and let the guardian know they may log back in to their MyRotary account to make payment.

I did not get my tickets for the Signature Event(s).

How do I submit my application to be considered as a speaker at the convention?

Applications for Speakers has now closed – October 14, 2024.

What day are the Opening Ceremonies?

There will be a morning and an afternoon opening ceremony on Sunday, June 22, 2025

When is the Closing Ceremony.

Closing Ceremonies are in the afternoon, Wednesday, June 25, 2025, and should be finished by

approximately 5:15 p.m.

Where do I park my RV for the convention?

Camping on Campus is expected to be available…We will provide updates when available
