Club Members to register by themselves. We only ask that they create a MyRotary account
at convention.rotary.org and then click the blue register button to proceed through the reg
process.
Yes, a Saturday-only House of Friendship Pass is available without a full convention registration, and
Registration to the Youth Exchange Officers Preconvention is available for USD 150, to be held June 19 th and 20 th , 2025
To add a guest that is 18 or under we ask that the guardian fills out the paper registration form at this link and submits it by fax or mail: https://my.rotary.org/en/document/registration-and-ticket-form-2025-rotary-international-convention. (Making sure to sign the parental consent form on the 4th page)
Alternatively, they can email the completed form without payment information to RI.Registration@rotary.org. We will then register the minors and let the guardian know they may log back in to their MyRotary account to make payment.

There will be a morning and an afternoon opening ceremony on Sunday, June 22, 2025
Closing Ceremonies are in the afternoon, Wednesday, June 25, 2025, and should be finished by approximately 5:15 p.m.
